worst service ever driving instructor was OK but I have paid $800 for 20 hours and still they won’t complete my hours they were late almost Everytime, I’ve been waiting almost 3 weeks to get my last hours done or a refund but now no one is answering my calls emails it’s so unprofessional.But they seem to be happy to keep my money I hope I don’t have to take this matter further
beyond worst service, Owner name is possibly Sam who kept yelling at me for not booking the lessons as per his schedule. Clearly explained him and the driver who was sub-contracting about my timetable and willing to amend office hours to squeeze in the hours as per their schedule, All I requested is if I be allowed to take regular driving lessons and maintain continuity without any gap in between but this was not accomodated. The Owner started yelling and screaming at me over the phone that I wasted their time and I need to pay cancellation fees to which i refused. Luckily I did’nt paid any money and did’nt took my first lesson so that’s a big relief. This guys ask for money upfront in full which is unacceptable. Later when i Started asking him question about the timeframe he was talking over me again and again and was not ready to understand the term customer service. He was down talking to me as I have done some crime. This is a humble request for all you people out there to avoid this psychopaths at all cost, Even if they provide any free lessons.
